- Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals.
- Comes up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors.
- Determines the direction of business by working with management and leading team members to create and implement strategies and goals.
- Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employee opinions, recognizing team’s accomplishments and effectively communicates the direction of the company.
- Consults with investors and other entities to decide which direction the company should go.
- Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices by reading periodicals and consulting with peers.
- Overseeing daily business operations by developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Creating and managing budgets. Examining how the company can cut expenses and increase revenue.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- A minimum of ten years in the printing industry with a minimum of three years at managerial positions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of ALL business functions
- High ICT literacy
- Organised, ethical and proactive.
